TERMS AND CONDITIONS

○ Payment is through PayPal, in Euros (€).○ I'll start working on your artwork only after the payment is sent upfront.○ I will decline any commission I am not comfortable in producing, or if you do not agree to my terms and conditions.○ I will NOT accept any kind of crypto currency as payment.○ Changes are allowed only during the sketch/draft stages, not after it. If there's something you do not like, tell me during this stage of the work. Changes won't add any additional cost. Color corrections will be made at the color stage.○ To avoid art stealing or tracing by others, please DO NOT share the work in progress of the commission on socials or other sites. Especially if the commission involves your characters or your personal projects (internet can be a very bad place sometimes!).○ I will be sending updates for every stage of the drawing (i.e detailed sketch -> lines -> flat colors, etc) in the form of low quality thumbnails. Once the work has been done and both sides are happy with the result, you will get the final version of the artwork at high resolution (PNG and, in case you wish to print it, TIFF), and one web version in 72dpi. I will send it via email or through WeTransfer if the finished file exceed 19 megabytes.○ Please only upload the web version publicly unless otherwise discussed (some people could steal your original file and print it without your consent).○ In case you wish to cancel your commission during the sketch/draft stage, you will receive a partial refund, half of the price you paid. if I, for any reason, find myself unable to finish the commission (in whatever stage of the work I am), you will receive a full refund.○ No refund will be sent after the sketch/draft stage, if you cancel your commission.○ I will not redraw a completed commission unless payment is received for a second order.○ I reserve the right to post your finished artwork on my socials (Twitter, Instagram, ecc), unless you expressly notify me you want your commissions and your identity to remain anonymous. Please notify me before the work begins.○ By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.

USE

Any artwork done by me, the artist, is for personal use only! All artwork commissioned as private client are pieces that the client is free to use for non-commercial purposes. You can print the artwork, show it online (credit is required when possible) and display it as they please.
If you wish to order a commission for Commercial use, the total price of the commission, as well as any other details like NDA (nondisclosure agreement), copyright and royalties, will be agreed upon upfront and a written contract must be created! Also, I reserve the rights to reuse sketches and design elements that were rejected by the commissioner for other commissions or personal work.
